Born in Vietnam and raised in California, Vy an artist at heart with a deep interest in all things design—whether it’s the physical form of a mug handle or the structure of a person’s daily routine.

While she may seem quiet on the outside, you can bet there’s always a design-related thought on the inside—like why most mug handles stick out and you rarely see them inverted, or why someone might pour milk before cereal (a very questionable series of events by the way). She's always observing her surroundings, remaining curious about why things are the way they are and why things aren't the way they’re not.
